If you live in Sussex you can contact The Sussex Mental Health Line 0800 0309500, they are an NHS service and are open 24/7. If you don’t live in Sussex you can find your local NHS urgent mental health helpline in England

You can also access mental health support by text message if you text “SHOUT” to 85258 this is a free confidential, 24/7 text messaging mental health support service run by a charity called Mental Health Innovations.
